Our farmers come to work with an open mind, strong ambition and the will to get the job done. Each farm runs smoothly with local workers who know the land and the animals well, making for the most qualified workers.
Authenticity
Each Koepon farm is managed by individual farm managers. With passion and pride, the job is in their hearts. They deal with the day-to-day issues on the farm and long-term planning activities. This means they interact with staff, advisors and contractors, and manage herd health, forage or grazing issues, purchases and sales.
We trust each individual manager to do this, as they know the local situation best.
