Our farmers come to work with an open mind, strong ambition and the will to get the job done. Each farm runs smoothly with local workers who know the land and the animals well, making for the most qualified workers.
Krzysztof Wawrzyniak
Operational manager at Paul Pon Polska. Krzystoff seeks smooth collaboration between the arable side of the farm and the dairy, to ensure top quality forage.
Good communication is vital. Knowing the layout of the farm and both teams, Krzystoff can make quick and strategic decisions.

Dominik Wojciechowski
Dominik Wojciechowski was born in the Province Świętokrzyskie. He gained a lot of experience working with dairy cows in the United Kingdom. This knowledge he implements on this farm in his native country.
He is the herd manager and is responsible for milk production, health, welfare and feeding of cattle in Paul-Pon Poland. Supervises a herd of 1 200 dairy cows and 1 200 youngstock with approximately 25 employees.
